Priority assessments (HSG 227). 11. Management options for control of risks. 12. Un-licensed works with ACM’s (HSG 210). 13. Appointment and auditing an asbestos removal contractors and analytical laboratories. Management of Asbestos in Buildings - practical assessment.
Course examination and assessment. 2. A practical assessment. - pass mark 50% The examination will be independently marked by an approved external organisation; the practical assessment will be set and marked by the training provider and tutor of the course. Initially for 2008 all of the UKasl proficiency modules will be offered as in-house training only, this is partly due to demand from existing clients throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Throughout 2009 UKasl are planning an extensive range of venue courses aimed at an open audience in the following areas; Scotland North, Scotland South, North East England, North West England, Northern Ireland, South West England, South East England and South Wales. This will be driven by proposed changes to current HSE guidance relating to management of asbestos in buildings due to be implemented in early 2009.
