Our asbestos management control procedure plan…this is the legal document that is now required under law for all non-domestic buildings, it should be the basis of your company’s commitment to manage the ACM’s within your buildings. It will specify how your company will address every aspect of asbestos management. It should be a document that contains specific instructions on the company’s day to day procedures relating to asbestos issues. …it will also be a document that the HSE (Health & Safety Executive) will ask to see, should there be an incident within your premises. We have developed a unique management control procedure plan which fully complies with HSE requirements under The Control of Asbestos Regulations. The plan which is now in use with many clients throughout the UK, is clear, concise and unambiguous, using easy to understand employee and contractor flow charts, these contain exact instructions enabling building owners to control all maintenance works within their properties. By simply adding the plan to your existing surveys, the UKasl control procedure plan instantly takes effect and informs all employees and contractors of their own level of responsibilities using a simple to understand colour coded structure. Our in-house training services……we are accredited by The British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) to deliver P402, P405 and P406 specialist examination based training to all levels of your employees, and we are recognised and approved asbestos training providers for all levels of training. All courses are carried out to the relevant guidance and criteria and any of our courses can be tailor-made to suit the staff attending. Courses can also be held on your premises to minimize work disruption, or at outside venues for larger numbers. Our survey audit service…. we can ensure that the surveys being carried out on your properties are in a format that fits in with your requirements and are as per the scope of works, but more importantly that the survey being returned is accurate and concise and conforming to current standards complying with legislation and not containing misleading information, leading into unnecessary costs for you the building owner.
